Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss or theft of the jewelry, improper storage or usage, or any modifications made to the jewelry by a third party not associated with Wendybird Jewellery. We have faith in the quality of our products and want to ensure that you have a positive and satisfying experience with your purchase.

Warranty

Our jewelry is covered by the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that our products are of acceptable quality and free from defects.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

We will repair or replace any product that is found to be defective within a reasonable time period after purchase.

If a product is not repairable or replaceable, we will provide a refund or store credit in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse of the product.

Any claim under this warranty must be made with proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt.
